What makes your computer YOUR computer? It’s your stuff – your documents, pictures, music, videos, tax information and all that is holy that you’ve put on there since Day 1.

What if something happened and you lost all that stuff? That would be really bad! What took you years to acquire would be permanently gone. That’s why “they” tell you to back up your stuff.

But you don’t – and only you know the reason why. Some people don’t know how, others procrastinate while still others have made up their mind that nothing bad will ever happen to their computer – but it’s never a matter of “if” and always a matter of “when”.

The easy way out:

• Bring us your computer – desktop, laptop, Windows, Mac – whatever you’ve got.
• We are going to provide you with an external hard drive onto which it will back up your stuff.
• We will make you set it up yourself.  Don't worry - it's easier than making toast and besides, we'll be there to hold your hand.
• Once it's set up, your first backup starts immediately - that's it!  You're finished!
• When you take your computer and new toy (The CopyCat) home, all you will need to do is plug it into your USB port.  The backups will just happen. It’s really that simple.

Can I buy one online? How long have we been doing this? We’ve been yelling at our customers about backing up their stuff for longer than the oldest Gen Z’er has been alive. But like Gen Z’ers, some listen and some don’t. If it’s too late, we won’t say “I told you so”, but in all seriousness, data recovery, which is the only option when you DON'T have a backup, is the most expensive component of computer repair.
