Whether you're locked out of your computer, the thing won't start up, you forgot the password to get into it, the hard drive crashed, or something else has happened that prevents you from accessing your important files, we can help.  People often save very important files that they cannot bear the thought of losing.  They're sometimes on their computers or external hard drives, and sooner or later the time comes when those files cannot be accessed.  These might be pictures, documents, tax information, music, videos, or a variety of other things, but whatever they are, just because you can't access them, you do not need to give up hope.  We are not the kind of shop that exclusively does data recovery, and while those places are excellent, they charge insane amounts of money.  On the other hand, we are pretty versed at it and likely the best non-exclusive data recovery experts in the Midwest.  So it makes sense to come to us before you consider a place that exclusively does data recovery.  It could mean the difference between paying very little money and thousands of dollars.  If you're in this tough spot, before you lose hope, give us a call.
